Hello everyone! I just received an offer for an internship in Irvine and am looking to sublease a single room over the summer between June 1st and Aug 14 2026. I am 22f and will have just graduated from Loyola Marymount University. I am clean, respectful, and responsive over the phone or in person. I don't drink or smoke and would most likely be gone for most of the day from 9 to 5, Mon-Fri. If parking is available that would be a huge plus too!
