Does Airbnb customer service EVER do the right thing? Make the right call?

I’m just getting started this summer and honestly these stories have me very wary. We absolutely need this income and need to cover the mortgage on this house and now I’m thinking that maybe Furnished Finders or somewhere else is a better place to start.

Is this destined to be a shitshow from the start? Should I even try Airbnb?
