I don't know if I just picked sessions poorly or what but day 1 of the GLS has been pretty disappointing. Every session they seem to shoe horn in some AI sales pitch but never give actionable information on how to go about using AI, just what it can supposedly do (press x to doubt). The pre-recorded nature of the sessions is soulless and provides zero engagement whatsoever. The presenters don't seem to understand they're speaking to safety professionals as they speak at such a basic common sense level that none of the info is enlightening unless you've never thought of occupational safety before in your life.
Either way, it was $25 and gets me some recert points so oh well.
