Falling for someone that only exist in my dreams
There was this girl in my dreams. She told me her name, we met in a school that rejected our enrollment. While we're walking home, my bag got snatched. We planned that we should chase them. We're not that close so I don't talk to her too much. There are 4 of us together so we decided to split into 2 groups, the girl and me is in one team. we searched every alleyways. While searching, I found myself inlove again. She started laughing and telling me things about herself, like we're stuck together.
After hours of searching, we found out that the robbers are in top of a building, so we decided to walk and finally get my bag back. While walking, It started to rain. We finally arrived in the building, but the earthquake alarm suddenly sounded. We forced ourself to get the bag and rushed down. After we got my bag, we laughed together while rushing down the stairs. Then suddenly, there's a crowd going down the stairs, I got caught in a stampede, and her friend Isabelle pulled me out and told me to be quick. Me and Isabella is running like it's the end of the world, but we got seperated again. While navigating the exit by myself. There was a shout, It's her voice coming from the floor bellow, the echo rang through the stairway. She yelled, "(My name), be quick!" So I rushed down, while running, she yelled again. "Hey, I'll tell you something, but it might be too late". I shouted back "What is it?", but no response.
I finally got out of the building, Isabelle and the 2 more is waiting for me there. There's crown so I got relieved because no one was hurt. We started playing in the rain like nothing happened. Then suddenly, I remember a name. I searched for her, but I can't find her. I rushed to her friend Isabelle, but all she did is shaked her head slowly and showed me a facebook post. "(Her name) is still with us forever, not physically", It's a post of her funeral 12 hours ago. So I cried the hardest in my life while repeating her name. Isabelle told me that she have AML, Isabelle also told me thay she likes me and have feelings for me in the past few months. I cried even harder, but there's something wrong. I can cry, but I can't remember her name.
IDK if it's normal to fall in love to someone that doesn't exist in the real world. I'm deeply broken and empty at the same time.
