Was wondering if those who are in the initial weeks of pregnancy after IVF , if you were already advised when and how to taper off progesterone and estrogen?

I do progesterone PIO injection every other day and take progesterone suppositories 3 times per day. Also taking estrogen twice a day. My clinic told me to start tapering off at 8weeks and complete tapering at around 10 weeks.

I asked the nurses if I should be doing blood tests to make sure my body takes over producing enough on its own, and they told me no need to do blood work. I am a little worried of that response and was wondering what you were advised as far as tapering off and/if monitoring blood during those weeks.
