Hi everyone! We’re psychology master’s students at the University of Amsterdam, currently looking for participants for our thesis research on unexpected career events and work-related changes.

We’re especially looking for people whose work or career has been affected by:

• AI tools (using ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc. for tasks)
• Restructuring at work (layoffs, reorganisations, promotions, mergers, etc.)
• Personal circumstances (burnout, illness, caring for a loved one, etc.)

You can participate if:

• You are 16+
• Currently working
• Have experienced one or more of the situations above or something similar

The survey is completely anonymous and takes about 10 minutes.
