So I stopped smoking using Allen Carr easy way 6 and 1/2 months ago and I’m still having cravings on a regular basis.
Sometimes when I’m stressed and overwhelmed but often just out of nowhere or when I smell someone else smoking.
The smell of stale smoke on people is vile but when I smell ”fresh” cigarette smoke the craving to light up is awful.
In the past I managed to get over an amphetamine addiction and a pretty severe Dihydrocodeine addiction.
I stopped drinking nearly 18 months ago after spending 3 years as a hardcore alcoholic drinking all day every day.
I stopped smoking cannabis over a year ago with not even a craving…Yet stopping smoking is by far the hardest one yet.
Does it ever go away??
