The Defense in this case is exercising D4vd's Speedy Trial rights and asking that a preliminary hearing be set within 10 court days. This case involves a tremendous amount of evidence and the Prosecution is now forced to turn all that evidence over AND be ready for the Preliminary Hearing. This puts extreme pressure on the prosecution.
