Hi All,

One of my friend resigned from Accenture almost a month ago. He submitted the laptop on his LWD, everything went well. He was waiting for his F&F. He got an email stating that the asset was not returned and so a recovery amount had to be paid. Post submission of the laptop, the X amount will be returned.

Kindly let me know what needs to be done.
