As someone at the intersection of energy and emerging tech, I wanted to see if people had any good ideas regarding distributed grid security.

Let’s say everyone reading this was networked with another Distributed Generator (DG).

What would that look like? How could we secure it?

I put together this YT video to describe the issue more and welcome anyone thinking about stuff like this.

Solar is critical to a secure grid because of its distributed nature. My question is what do you think is the best security method to manage it? What are concrete things we can measure to form some sort of baseline?
