I’m currently a sales leader on the inbound side at Cox and I’m looking to connect with leaders (or tenured reps) from Charter Spectrum’s inbound sales organization.

I’m hoping to better understand how things operate on your side from a leader + agent perspective, specifically around:

•	Leader expectations (KPIs, coaching structure, accountability)

•	Agent expectations (daily performance, call flow, sales focus)

•	Commission structure (how aggressive/attainable it is, what drives earnings)

•	Sales culture (competitive vs collaborative, pressure levels, etc.)

•	Career growth / advancement paths

•	Turnover trends and what you feel drives them

Not looking for anything proprietary or confidential—just trying to expand perspective, compare environments, and bring back best practices to continue developing my team.
