This song, and a few of MJ's songs have made me groove like no other. Please suggest more songs that are not from MJ, because I heard everything from his albums.

Now I don't like pure funk. I like higher tempo. I tried a few other artists like Earth, Wind and Fire (liked but just not groovy enough?), Kool & the Gang (loved Ladies Night, but too "pop"py or too slow for me) Rick James (loved the songwriting and bass but not into his vocals).

My other favourite artist with funky music is Jamiroquai. Fucking love them. The drums, bass are always such a pleasure to listen to, with vocals that don't overdo it. That's what I'm really looking for.
