UK Visa Refusal for family of four from India - Reapplication Help Needed

Hello, we are a family of four from India. Our visa was refused. My father is self employed as an immovable property valuer and my mother is retired on a regular govt. pension. Me and my sibling are students and were to be sponsored by our father on this trip to London in mid June. Unfortunately both my parents' visas got refused and we haven't received me and my sibling's refusal emails yet (which will be refused due to sponsorship. Here are other details:

  1. My father holds INR 1,200,000+ in his bank account, his bank statements signed and stamped by bank, ITR returns (INR 700,000+ income) for three years, employment proof: registration as valuer from IT dept. and Institution of Valuers, India were attached.
  2. My mother holds INR500,000 in her bank account, her bank statements signed and stamped by bank, ITR returns (INR 8Lakh+ income) for three years, retirement and pension proof: letter of retirement, letter of pension approval were attached. INR 400,000 was deposited last minute in her account but we had attached the source of those funds (FDs). Uncashed FDs of amounts INR 200,000+ were also attached.
  3. For me and my sister bank statements were attached with minimal funds but sponsorship letter from our father and bona fide certificates from the colleges we study in as proof of college enrollment.
  4. My father is a freelancer basically and earns on per project basis so his income appears as small amount 4000 to 20,000 INR in his bank account which his customers (mostly finance companies) pay him to give a valuation report on any immovable property (house, shop, land etc.)
  5. My mother has a regular pension INR 60,000 deposited each month in her account.
  6. Cover letters were attached detailing my father being the primary sponsor but my mother also holding additional funds.
  7. In my mother's form she HAD NOT MENTIONED my father as the sponsor.

We thought our file was robust and but yet our visas were rejected. I don't understand why even my mother's visa was rejected as well. I want to ask, in case we want to reapply, what are the missing documents that we should attach and how should we strategize our "story": should we show our mother as the sponsor this time around for me and my sister? Should we file an appeal (and how, because our rejection letters state there is no option for appeal or administrative review.) In case we reapply do we have a chance or would that application fees also go to waste?

We had applied via Akbar Travels, who evidently were useless.
