Mom Rubi spent months growing her hair out so it could be made into a wig for her daughter Lorelai, who was diagnosed with alopecia areata at one year old. When the wig was finally placed on Lorelai's head, she lit up – and hasn't stopped combing her hair since. Rubi said she cried her eyes out just watching her daughter's face, knowing the hair came from her. A really beautiful moment between a mom and her little girl.
