With the removal of the Dupixent debit card and the copay card reduced to $200, I had to pay $4k for one Dupixent shot.

I had it charged 100% to my card without the copay card being used. I submitted the information for reimbursement to patient rebate online and they are only reimbursing me for $200- even though my copay card was not run. The $4k was applied to my deductible but I was expecting a full reimbursement. I was told this is because I am on a maximizer plan.

What do I do?!?

This whole thing is so messed up.
