As you should know, W Corp. has hired South Section 4 of the Hana Association to keep a semblance of order within the district. With this comes the necessary management of this uneasy ceasefire.

This will work best if we can have all members to cooperate and not instigate against one another, such as:

-Insulting another Finger

-Attacking unexpecting combatants

-Planning attacks and threatening one another

As well, to handle negotiations of an armistice and/or peace deal, we the Hana alongside the Öufi Association will like to partake as the third-party negotiator and broker of peace.
