Hi everybody, I have got a YumAsia Bamboo rice cooker and I cannot figure out how the Preset Mode does work. I have had it for two years and a half now, still I cannot figure out how to correctly set this cooking mode. I was told, by YumAsia itself (here on reddit), that I need to set the timer depending on how long away I want my rice to be ready.

So, if I preset my Bamboo at 2p.m. and I want my rice to be ready for 7p.m. I should set the timer on 5 hours.

Thing is it doesn't work, the device will always finish cooking the rice at least 50 minutes earlier than set. Am I doing something wrong?
