AI Fitness Coach

Hey everyone,

I feel like online fitness coaches are charging people $100/month for cookie cutter programs and templates responses resulting in nothing being personal.

I built a free AI fitness coach that can generate workouts and provide real time feedback after the baseline week of tracking. After each workout it generates a summary + the target it wants you to hit next week.

Additionally, you can chat about your entire fitness lifecycle, it has you training data as context + stores things like goals and preferences, resulting in tailoring to you more every week.

I’d really appreciate some feedback

Feedback on AI fitness coach

I’m a big believer that if you don’t adapt, you get left behind.

I wanted more AI exposure at work but couldn’t get anything approved, so I built something I’d actually use.

I’ve always tracked my lifts in notes and used ChatGPT for check ins. This connects the two.

It builds your program around your goals, preferences, and any injuries, then adjusts your targets in real time based on how you perform.

After every workout, it tells you exactly what to hit next and it gets smarter as your data builds.

If you’d be interested, I’d love some feedback

Advice on getting users? I will not promote

I created an AI workout app just as a side project to help me land a new job in the city. I feel like what I created doesn’t really exist yet, it does in pieces but nobody has put it together.

The problem I’m currently having is really just getting people (outside my friends and family) to try it.

Personal project feedback

Hey everyone,

I’ve been trying to get a job at these AI start ups, so I decided to create a personal project for my resume.

Are there any subreddits I can post it on for feedback before I start using it for the job hunt?

Looking for insight on my search and current role (senior infra engineer)

I’m feeling pretty undervalued at my company, I was promised a raise and promotion for my new scope of work last year and obviously didn’t get it. Then they reduced my bonus from 13% to 10% so I started testing the market.

I’m a firm believer in most people(including me) can be replaced, but they literally don’t have anyone else that understands what I do. (I manage the entire cloud platform and app deployment) so they would need to hire someone likely for more than they pay me, then give them time to figure out how the platform works.

I’ve been interviewing almost weekly at companies in NYC for double my salary, I’m killing the systems designs interviews, but getting stuck on coding screens (ever since I took over I code half the time and it’s just TF or Python scripts). Started doing leetcode, but these interviews have been much more complex than just two sum problems.

I’m about to land an offer, but won’t be able to take it because they don’t have an MVP or funding and the interviewers belief in the company seemed off. So that rules out leverage by it against my current company.

Regardless if they give me a raise or not I’m going to move on, I hit my ceiling here.

But my questions are, how can I get past these code screens (I have a lot of time to practice in the mornings) and what should I do about my current comp with reviews coming up?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I don’t have many people to turn too for tech questions.
