Need to rip out kitchen (among other things) due to flooding accident. The current kitchen is really dark and tiny. Because of the layout of the apartment, I honestly don't see how the kitchen can be changed much. The kitchen is flanked by the electrical panel on the left side and the main apartment entrance on the right so there is literally nowhere to go. Is there anything I'm not seeing before I just change the cabinet colors? Kitchen wasn't my favorite when I moved in but I planned to renovate slowly. Flooding is accelerating timeline and now I have to decide everything quickly. Please help.
