I'm currently planning a holiday to Italy in end May!

I currently have the following plan in mind for a day trip to Lake Como, from Milan. Would like to seek feedback on the plan below.

• Train to Como
  • Milan Centrale 9:10am → 9:49am Como S Giovanni
• Take Brunate funicular (1030am - 1045am)
• Explore around, see lookout point of Como (1045am - 11am)
• Chiesa Prepositurale di Sant'Andrea Apostolo (11am - 1115am)
• Lunch: Trattoria del Cacciatore (1130am - 1230pm)
• Descent from Brunate (1245pm - 1pm)
• Piazza Duomo (115pm - 210pm)
  • Duomo di Como
  • Palazzo del Broletto
• Ferry to Bellagio (230pm - 315pm)
• Giardini di Villa Melzi (Gardens of Villa Melzi) (330pm - 5pm)
• Via Giuseppe Garibaldi (515pm - 545pm)
• Punta Spartivento (6pm - 620pm)
• Ferry to Varenna (650pm - 705pm)
• Dinner at Varenna (715pm - 830pm)
• Train back to Milan from Varenna Esino

Would like to find out:

• Is the plan above feasible? Or is it too rushed?
• Understand that tickets for the fast ferry can only be purchased in-person. Do tickets sell out quickly? How risky would it be that tickets are sold out on the day itself?
• Any other tips and recommendations are welcomed as well, thank you!

Day 1

• Arrive in Venezia S Lucia Station (around 11am)
• Check in to hotel at Cannaregio area
• Lunch: L'Osteria Le Guglie
• Ponte dell’Accademia
• Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute
• Rialto Bridge
• Dinner: Osteria Fanal del Codega

Day 2

• Doge's Palace
• St. Mark’s Basilica (Basilica, Pala d'Oro, Museum and Horses Loggia)
• Lunch: Ai Do Leoni
• Photostop at Torre dell’Orologio
• Campanile
• Gondola Ride somewhere near San Mark's Square
• Walk around Venice canals for the rest of the day, also see Libreria Acqua Alta
• Dinner: La Piazza

Day 3

• Transit to Burano (945am - 1030am)
  • Take ferry 12 from Fondamenta Nove ferry terminal to Burano "C"
• Half day at Burano (1030am - 115pm)
  • Casa Bepi
  • Piazza Galuppi
  • Lunch at Trattoria da Romano
  • Chiesa di San Martino burano
  • Il Campanile Storto
  • Rio Terranova
• Transit back to Venice Fondamenta Nove ferry terminal via ferry 12 (115pm - 215pm)
• Collect luggage and head to Venezia S Lucia Station
• Train departing from Venezia S Lucia at 345pm

Would like to check if the plan above is feasible? Also, would half a day be too rushed for Burano?
