I notice my right shoulder blade looks off compared to the left one when i move my shoulder blades. I have been dealing with stubborn upper trap tightness on the right shoulder along with tightness on my necks right side. I also notice that i have better muscle control of my left scapula over my right one. I have been doing pt for two months but haven’t noticed much progress.
Any advice on what this could be?
Any exercise recommendations to fix this?
