Air India seat armrest condition on Delhi–Guwahati flight today
Delhi → Guwahati on Air India today.
Noticed that the armrest on my seat is cracked quite badly. Not trying to exaggerate but for a full-service airline, cabin maintenance should definitely be better than this.
The best part is that it’s positioned exactly where your elbow naturally rests.
The crew has been courteous, but things like these do affect the travel experience.
