I started a print before work, before and after pics shown in the photos and im curious about the lip coming off the corners at the start of the print. All i could find online is it was not enough cooling for layers to adhere etc. so I bumped the part fan to 100, AUX:80, Chambers:30.

Nozzle Temp: 210

HeatBed: 55

I do have custom print settings that I do not think are good whatsoever but ive been having perfect prints until now, this is Hobby Lobby PLA Silk. The hot end is E3D Obxidian and I am running this print at volumetric speed:25ms with a .98 flow ratio.

im pretty stuck, not sure what I else I can do, I already tried variable layer height with radius at 10 and quality fully over speed.
