After over 6 months of fighting near Falam, tat forces have reportedly taken over 500 casualties, and over 100 were taken POWs or defected, while Chin resistance groups were confirmed to have had over 50 fallen fighters. Chin defenders also claimed to have captured over 300 weapons in that duration.
