Hi a little backstory,

We have our 6.6kw system installed for 5+ yrs and have been happy with its performance.

Now that rates have gone up, we decided to get a battery like many others. We were quoted this, as shown in the photos.

The same company that fitted the current system, very reputable and local company. We live in the Northern Rivers, NSW, rural, out of town.

Seeing all these posts and comments on this subject, I thought I would drop a question here: Are we getting a fair go or not?
