Hello, first Reddit post!

I am an aspiring author doing some research for my first book. The book is set in Montgomery, Texas, as the NASA headquarters in Houston plays a significant role in the plot. I was hoping to make the book feel more authentic by gaining some insight into what real life is like in Montgomery! Any insight into what daily life is like- shops, restaurants, community vibes, nightlife, school system. etc.
