How can I improve this acne texture/scarring on face with skincare only? Sensitive dry skin, no procedures please

I have dry and sensitive skin, and my main concern is this uneven textured look with small pits/dents, clogged pores, and post-acne marks.

I'm not interested in treatments like lasers, microneedling, chemical peels, or anything clinical right now. I only want product recommendations and a routine that can help improve this over time.
