Urgent help : People living in Siddharth Vihar / Raj Nagar Ext / Indirapuram – need honest feedback before buying (₹1.2Cr, 2.5 BHK)
I’m planning to buy a flat for end use (not investment) and have shortlisted a few societies around Siddharth Vihar / Raj Nagar Extension / nearby areas. Budget is around ₹1.2 Cr for a 2.5 BHK.
Shortlisted societies:

Truvae Fragrance
gaur siddhartam
SVP Gulmohar
rise towers
SG Rajnagar ex under construction
VVIP Homes rajnagar ex
Would really appreciate honest feedback from people living there or nearby, especially on:
Daily life experience – amenities(green area, pool, gym), water, electricity, maintenance issues
Construction quality – seepage, cracks, soundproofing
Builder reliability – society handover
Connectivity reality – actual commute to Noida / Delhi (not Google Maps)
Hidden issues – things brokers never tell
I created a data list as well which for the same to come to this conclusion
Also open to better recommendations in same budget (₹1.2 Cr, 2–2.5 BHK) in these areas. only high rise society with decent view
