How Desirable/Collectible Is This?

Just bought this Izhevsk M91-30 because I knew hex receivers are relatively more desirable, and the barrel was stamped 1936 with serialI number 86. I was quite surprised that underneath the receiver tang it was also stamped with the Izhevsk factory marking and 1936 as well because to the best of my limited knowledge I thought Izhevsk stopped making hex receivers post 1935. I also found on the magazine in front of the forward stock screw that there’s a pre 1928 Izhevsk bow and arrow. Barrel still is mostly bright with strong rifling, and passes the “bullet test” with no counterboring. The stock is a post war refurbishment laminated, plywood stock. Could not find any refurbishment stamps on the stock itself. Missing cleaning rod, and butt plate does not match serial number.

If possible too, I have no clue what the E in a circle is on the receiver, as well as the stamp “(д)836” on the bottom of the barrel. As well, if there’s any correlation between the “Я”(?) below the pre 28’ stamp on the magazine and the “Я”(?)РЗ-4? If you’ve read this far, thank you! And if you have any questions, please do ask and I’ll answer as best I can.
