Anybody here working for extra low-voltage/security systems companies (access control, CCTV, IP telephony, public address systems, DWDM, fire alarm, etc.) like Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, or Siemens? What’s it like working for them, and what does your work involve?

I am an ELV system designer/drafter and I would like to move into Networking side of it. I don't know how to make that transition. Any advice would be appreciated.
