I play an offline MyNBA where I rebuild the Bulls. I do it every year, and try to keep it relatively realistic.

At the start of every season, I adjust every teams “Touches” and “Shot” tendencies in an attempt to see new players grow and new created players play to their potential. I have a few different formulas that I use to calculate the new tendency rating but I was curious if anyone does this and how do they determine the new tendency rating. Any tips?
