Looped my wagon

I went for a grocery stunt sesh on my shopping wagon and looped my cart. Front wheels are fried.

I was casually on the two rear wheels, made sure to keep all the weight on the back. Kept it up almost at BP, hit a crack on the asphalt and looped my wagon.

Where can I find quality coffee shops in Queens (NYC)?

First time posting here…I hope I’m posting in the right place. For some reason my original thread in the Queens sub wasn’t approved. I got a note to cross-post here.

Anyway, I love drinking morning and afternoon coffees…the coffee shops around me are not great. The coffees near me are bland for the most part, and they don’t exactly taste fresh.

I’m a fan of stronger blends, and enjoy strong aromas. I’m not exactly a coffee connoisseur, per se, as I don’t have the knowledge or lingo to distinguish and analyze different beans, fragrances, etc. All I know is that I can taste great coffee when I taste it…coffee has been a part of my life since I was a child with my family.

I try to avoid the big chains like Dunkin, Starbucks, Panera Bread, etc.

On my days off of work I sometimes crave going to a nice coffee shop to enjoy a nice coffee and a snack, while enjoying my time with a good book.

The most important thing that I’m looking for is the quality of the coffee, the taste, and the experience of finally enjoying a fantastic coffee. That’s what I miss the most from my coffee drinking. Of secondary importance for me is the ambience, spacing, lighting, etc. In other words, how the coffee shop makes you feel. But that comes second. The coffee is the most important for me.

Does anyone have some recommendations for the type of coffee shops that I’m looking for in Queens (New York City)?

Thoughts, or recommendations?

I’ve been thinking of getting a car or a truck recently to make it easier to tow my motorcycle to different tracks. Something that can get the job done simply and can be used as an all-rounder beater car.

In other words, a bulletproof (if possible) tried and tested vehicle in the used market that can get the job done.

I know a truck or a van would be good for this kind of job. I don’t really know anything about trucks or vans. I’m also out of the loop on cars…I’m deep into the world of bikes and I don’t know much outside of bikes at the moment.

For regular cars, I could rent a U-haul motorcycle trailer, so that’s not a problem. They’re about $25 per day.

I don’t drive manual at the moment, but if possible, I would like to get a manual to learn.

Any tips, suggestions, or recommendations for a manual car, truck, or van, that will not cost me an arm-and-a-leg in the used market that is bulletproof for towing bikes, and small miscellaneous jobs/errands? Many thanks ahead.

Thank you all for making recommendations on my last thread as a guy going to the NJMP for the first time as a Rookie. I had an absolutely FANTASTIC time, and I see trackdays as something I will continue doing more and more (as my budget allows)…I was already daydreaming about the next track day when I was barely leaving the track.

I followed the advice of bringing essentials like snacks, water, and I addressed some of the concerns that some guys had in the thread, and replaced my front and rear tires with Bridgestone Battlax S23’s.

One thing that I learned and became more aware of is my weakness of left-handers. NJMP is mostly rights, and I felt very comfortable on the rights, but not that comfortable on the lefts. That’s a big area of improvement. Another thing I learned was that I need to get more comfortable and train myself to look farther ahead.

I don’t want to write an entire book about what I learned right now, but the entire day was AMAZING. I’m hooked.

The photographer that was there hasn’t released any pics yet, but here are some pics of the aftermath of my new tires that I installed…I have never braked as hard as I did yesterday, trailbraked as I did, or leaned my bike over as much as I did yesterday. I actually felt significant (to me) g-forces for the first time in my life. It was incredible.

Anyway, thank you all! I LEARNED TREMENDOUSLY. I’m looking forward to the next day.
