Now that it has been about a year of on and off use I truly know that I need some sort of power assist. My doctor and insurance are giving me the runaround so it has been a typical United States kinda insuring nightmare.

I am hoping to use a local rebate program to cover the new Rio Firefly but just realized I may be out of luck since I have the only kind of swing away foot rest that is incompatible.

Any suggestions or guidance?

I honestly am not sure how I managed it but NSM in Oregon was able to get me the solid footplate for my TiLite X. I know I spent countless hours on the phone and over email with PerMobil and my NSM that resulted in like ghostly silence and then wham I got an appointment for it’s install.

Oh I also learned that I hate the dang armrests with a passion. They caused me to get friction burns and the easiest solution that was tech approved was to just remove them. (The cat is also new-ish but the picture is to show the armrest change.
