Canadian Dental Plan
I don't know if this is the right sub for this, but I got the Canadian Dental Care plan and got a bunch of work done, but then I got a letter in the mail saying that I failed to report that I was covered under a Dental plan provided by my job and so I'll have to pay back what I used unless I provided proof this wasn't the case.
I was not eligible for this job's Dental Plan because I was a temporary seasonal employee and so I got a letter from them clarifying that I was NOT covered.
I mailed it out and thought this mess was behind me, but I just got a letter saying that I didn't provide proof?
Not sure what to do now, I have extra copies of the letter clarifying, and even took photos of the letter I sent. I'm worried that if I call there just going to say that since they didn't receive the letter by the specified date that there's nothing they can do?
