What dose of CoQ10 does everyone take please and your partners? Just purchased Folic acid and vit D tablets for myself today and got some 100mg CoQ10 ones aswell for me and my partner to start taking but I've seen so many different dosages and now I'm confused. The bottle says 1 x 100mg tablet per day but now I'm reading women take 600mg and men take 200mg 🤷♀️
We've stopped taking our 'conception tablets' as the dose of certain things per tablet seemed very low so I wanted to take different ones with a higher dose for a better chance of helping
