This franchise has a lot of characters wow. Ok so criteria: No skillsets, not based on popularity and no characters already in the game obviously. I have a bias for characters who could bring original playstyles to the game

You absolute trash bag. You filthy cur. You stain the very ground you walk on. The overhaul teammate was spamming global gamma's and attacks the whole game and this trash bag is still tryharding as MUCH as possible as if that wasn't enough.
