Pretty happy with the result (sticks are just there to indicate the cardinal directions).

How I went about it for anyone interested:

1. Create a square using this website to end up with a 160 cm diameter circle .
2. Measure the midpoint of all sides and extended those points out so each was 160 cm away from the opposite extended midpoint with an equal distance to the square's side.
3. Connected the extended midpoints and corners with a curved line.

Tools used: Spade, measuring tape.
