Unknown injury

I started jogging, super slow, very in depth activation, started out with walk/runs, proper recovery and stretching after. Woke up the next day after a 3km jog and couldn’t walk. Pain in the medial side of my leg and around my kneecap. Also under my kneecap. A few days later the other leg started to hurt the same. It’s now been 3 weeks and I haven’t gotten any better. Been staying off of it as much as I can, been doing my very easy physio, doing the bare minimum at my job cause I can barely walk. (Keep in mind I strength train 3-4 times a week and am not out of shape).

Been to physio, chiro and massage. I test negative for all of the typical knee injury tests. They say my adductors are tight and quads where they insert. However, stretching doesn’t help. The only thing that provides some relief if putting my legs up on the wall.

I’ve tried ice, heat, rest, elevation, physio exercises, light biking/ walking, 4 different types of knee braces and I’m at a loss…..

Any thoughts?
