i pierced my helix 5 months ago. All was going well until i downsized it, i didnt do proper research beforehand and my helix started migrating due to the delayed downsizing of jewellery. Got an irritation bump, but resolved within two days. A few months later, while washing my hair, i accidentally pulled my helix, another irritation bump, but since then the redness hasnt subsided. Its been almost a month. There’s no pus, no foul smell and the redness is only around the piercing. My ear is extra red right now after cleaning it neilmed spray. I noticed the bump on my helix, should i be worried? what do i do?

Yes, two months after piercing it.
Spray twice a day with neilmed saline spray, front and back then hold a fan up to my ear for 1 minute to dry.
Snagged with hair while showering, after that irritation bump appeared.
