EDIT/SIDENOTE-There's not going to be bachelor party as my brother has past history of addiction issues and is in recovery.

I'm 46 year old male. I have a younger brother (half-brother, different moms/same dad) who is 27 and getting married next year in April. I was surprised he asked to be a groomsman as we are close, but I didn't expect him to ask me because of the age difference and also I'm disabled and use a wheelchair. My other half brother who is 28 will be best man and my two sisters who are 39 and 41 will be doing readings in the weddings. My sisters were also surprised to be asked as well.

I've never been in a wedding party before and I know things will be awkward as the others in the wedding party are in their late 20s/early 30s. A part of me thinks I should have said no because of the age difference and disability. I hoping for input on how to make things like less awkward for others in the wedding party and lessen any stress on my brother.
