Parrot keeps rubbing on me, should I discourage?
He's a lovely quaker parrot and very needy, always wanting cuddles etc.
Lately when I lay down he just rubs his face on mine, sometimes preening and sometimes just cuddling on my face. I should note he isn't my parrot, but I'm in animal therapy and see him a few times a week.
He doesn't rub his bottom on me so I'm unsure if it's something weird or if he's just cuddling. He tries to climb on my face and sleep on it or just rubs his head and body on me, not his bottom.
