I’ve called the Help Desk within the last week, and most times I’m waiting for 10 minutes or longer. Even at the end of the day. I’ve never experienced delays of this magnitude unless there were major system outages. Did they cut the staff again recently and/or are new issues popping up? I know they cut hours and days last year.
