I gave me 12th boards in 2025 , but i did not get good marks in PCM.

So i gave improvement in PCM this year but now i'm getting mailed by manipal so submit 12th class marksheet but CBSE 12th are not out yet , and i;m forgetting what i filled in the form for year of passing , also i dont remember if the application even asked for year of passing 12th.

can someone clarify plss.
