Losing weight/appearing more toned + getting fitter

I need to loose weight and appear more toned, the more difference I see in 3 months the better. I’m 20 F, and I’ve never been particularly athletic or fit. I would greatly appreciate any advice I can get on not just lifting weights but becoming more flexible and strong in general.

20 y/o losing weight for the first time

I’m 20 F, and I’m the biggest I’ve ever been. I just need advice from scratch. I want to loose weight and I’ve tried to before and failed, but truthfully, I don’t know what I’m doing. How do I begin, what do I do, any advice is helpful!
