Losing weight/appearing more toned + getting fitter
I need to loose weight and appear more toned, the more difference I see in 3 months the better. I’m 20 F, and I’ve never been particularly athletic or fit. I would greatly appreciate any advice I can get on not just lifting weights but becoming more flexible and strong in general.
