1. As a F2P player, will it be better to stop leveling after having maxed out the current reward track? I got my 100th reward today and I already started the last regions available to me (65-95) so I was debating if it would be better to wait for the next one before continuing. I'm afraid I'll run out of quests to do and that I'll be unable to finish it or more precisely that I'll miss out on potential cool tier 25-50-75-100 rewards. I think those will never return available. I was really counting on some expansion coupon for this anniversary but there was literally nothing and at this point I'm pretty sure there would be none until the 20th one.
2. Why don't deeds progress while doing low level skirmishes unlike dungeon ones? I've tried to run a couple but the objectives only register when I kill enemies of my same level, I didn't have the same problem with dungeons.

Bonus question: Is there a way to make my character appear with the cosmetic outfit when I press C? Horror strikes me every time I press it.
