Michael Roy Toney (December 29, 1965 – October 3, 2009) was wrongfully convicted in 1999 for a deadly bombing in Lake Worth, Texas, in 1985. He was sentenced to death and spent 10 years on death row. Toney was released from custody in September 2009 and died in a car accident about a month later.
