May anyone confirm if this is legit or fake?
I saw a retweet of this on twitter and saw the Facebook page that posted the attached pubmat, quite skeptical kasi hindi siya posted doon sa PICPA page that has thousands of followers. This one has only 120+ followers as of writing this.
May I humbly ask if anyone knows if this is legit or not? Thank you!
