Hello,

I am traveling to China on June 2nd, and am currently residing in the SF bay area. However, at the end of april (around the 28th) I am moving to New Jersey. I will be driving, and plan to arrive on the east coast around the 12th of May. Should I apply for my Visa through the SF consulate, or apply through NYC? I have read that the online application can take up to 2 weeks to process. Anyone with recent visa experience who can share their timelines? Thank you.
