Hi all

My landlord is selling and has been doing 2 viewings a week, originally Saturday and Sunday. This was fine at the start but now it’s becoming quite a lot.

I work full time and study full time also. I have two dogs which if I don’t take them out I get guilted which has happened once due to an appointment and another because they pushed for one day a week to be on a weekday which means I have to lock my dogs out the back all day while I’m at work.

It’s 11:45pm and we just received another email wanting to do another viewing on Sunday “instead of Saturday”

We were both under the impression of there were no more currently occurring as the schedule we received finished Saturday just gone with no more future dates.

I don’t know what to say because I believe legally they can. But I am so exhausted as I am out of the house 7am and home 6-7pm because of work hours and traffic. I barely have time to study let alone this which they are aware of and to top it off being subtly forced to take my dogs out and keep the house perfectly clean.

We know the house isn’t getting interest because we have told the property managers that we don’t want to buy the house and they keep trying to persuade us.

We know what the owners are wanting and we know what the house is worth and there is a good gap in difference.

Is there anything we can do?

EDIT***

I would like to add that it has been near 7 weeks of this.

We are looking at moving, we already wanted to due to the cost of the house is not worth it for us - it’s just hard because we are so busy.

Hi all, I will be going to Bali next year for the first time.

I will be going with my partner and we will be going for 16 days.

We are going in the month of Feb which I know is their rain season which we are completely fine with.

I am wanting to know the must go to places, Ubud is on my list but other than that I am tossing between a few.

Also accommodation recommendations, we have the money to spend but ideally cheaper is better as long as it is lovely!

Also any experiences that people have done that they would 100% recommend to do as well as not do?

Any advice as well would be greatly appreciated!
