so one day this light turned on along with all my fans rgb turning off and till this day i’ve been using the pc just fine hasnt been acting weird can anyone help me pleaseee

I'm helping my friend make her discord server more organized and while trying to make the rules channel read only, I would get this pop up (shown below). Ive tried to allow the moderator role (which is me) to be able to send messages in the channel and have @ everyone not be able to text and I still got the pop up. can anyone help meee?
ps. I'm not the creator of the server (if that means anything)
